How it works

No. Depending on the versions, MailPatch automatically deletes unwanted e-mails after 5 days (or 750 rejected e-mails) or 30 days (or 10,000 rejected e-mails).

Yes, in your Personal Space it is possible to accept an e-mail (yours for example) without adding it in your White List. This means that you can receive your own e-mail even if you have previously added it to your Black list.
You can interrupt the protection of one or several accounts at any time . You just have to go to the General Options and Deactivate the account(s) you want to. As from then on, all your e-mails will stay in your original e-mail account without being treated by MailPatch until you Reactivate the account(s). Advice: if you receive many e-mails and/or spams, make sure you don't exceed the maximum storage limit allowed by your e-mail provider.
If you unsubscribe from MailPatch, all the e-mails of each of your protected inboxes will be restored to their previous provider (Gmail®, Hotmail®, etc) so you won't lose any e-mails.
MailPatch Free users who pay a subscription for one or more additional addresses as well as MailPatch Plus users benefit from technical support: gb.support@mailpatch.com.
